We understand that preparing for a move to the SaaS deployment for Learn requires thoughtful planning. That’s why we’re excited to offer a workshop that will provide you with valuable information and best practices to ensure your success.
The SaaS Planning Workshop is a 1-week program that is comprised of three, 1-hour virtual sessions. The sessions will provide you with step by step guidance as well as the resources you need to plan a successful migration to SaaS. You will have direct access to our product experts and your peers moving along a similar path, as well as the opportunity to attend optional virtual office hours after the workshop is complete. You will walk away from this program with the information and answers you need to plan your move to SaaS deployment.

Session 1 - Getting Started
This session will provide you with the basics for getting started with putting together a plan for your migration.
Session 2 - Customizations & Integrations
This session will cover the essentials of what you need to know to prepare your Building Blocks and integrations for SaaS deployment.
Session 3 - Preparing for Your Migration This session will discuss the next steps in preparing for your migration. Hear from a current Blackboard Learn client who will share their SaaS migration experience. Learn about ways to communicate change at your institution, if you are coming from an old version.
