Accessibility Workshop
As learner diversity continues to grow, so does the need for institutions to ensure that needs of all learners are considered and appropriately addressed in the learning, teaching and assessment experiences they design and develop.
In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to explore what a barrier-free learning experience looks like, with focus on best practices. The more accessible the learning materials are, the more inclusive and personalised the learning experience becomes. When learning materials are well designed – the closer the parity and quality of learning experience becomes for all learners.

Teaching & Learning Best Practice
Increasingly, institutions are looking to technology to support them in achieving their goals as it can enhance the learning and teaching experience for staff and students. If students are more satisfied and engaged with their courses, the better the outcome is for all.
This workshop has been designed to inspire and demonstrate the latest teaching and learning best practices, allowing you to fine tune your courses to provide learners with quality, engaging and powerful learning experiences. This workshop will demonstrate the benefits and effectiveness of good course design from an educator and the learner experience.
1:50pm - 2:50pm
Curriculum Management Presentation
Curriculum touches every aspect of university business. To remain relevant in an increasingly competitive global education market, universities need to be more agile in their approach to curriculum design and able to demonstrate that their graduates are job-ready to prospective employers.
This session will look at what is curriculum management today and why you should be thinking about it. There are many facets to curriculum management and this session will touch on what you need for streamlining, enhancing and providing a more agile response to the evolving requirements and complexities of curriculum management.
