The 2019 Digital Teaching and Learning Webinar Series is designed to give you an in-depth taster of the different components of the Academic Development Programme.

This webinar will focus on how to keep your learners on track and help them to succeed in online courses and will cover the following:

Mike Highfield is Principal Educational Consultant at Blackboard with over 15 years of experience in online learning. He worked as an Instructional Designer at the University of Bristol where he led the design, development and deployment of online courses for researchers across all faculties of 3 universities (Bath, Bristol & Exeter). He was also an Education Advisor and MOOC Production Manager at Exeter University, where he led the development of their first MOOC in partnership with the Open University’s FutureLearn MOOC provider. Mike is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and is a regular contributor and subject matter expert for the professional development training of academics.
